Kinderdance Announces new Area Developer![]() Posted on July 30, 2007 by Bill Dube
The Melbourne, FL. - based Kinderdance® International Inc. has been steadily expanding since its founding in 1979. Since then they have taught hundreds of thousands of children and now, each week, about 12,000 children participate in its programs.
The company just awarded its newest area development franchise – Heather Hardesty of Austin, Texas -- and now has 111 franchises in 35 states and 5 other countries. Heather has continuously expressed dedicated commitment to Kinderdance. Since her training in July of 2004 she has dramatically increased the Kinderdance participation in her area. Heather received the honor of “Kinderdance Rookie of the Year” in 2005 and “Franchisee of the Month” for September 2006. Heather’s business sense coupled with her passion for teaching “children how to learn while they learn how to dance” proves that her upgrade from Silver to Gold Plus Area Developer will be an asset to the Kinderdance ® Franchise. With the addition of the Gold Plus Area Developer the company now has 4 levels of franchising each designed for different goals of the prospective new business owner. The bronze level is the least expensive and is designed for a person that wants to teach the Kinderdance® programs by themselves on a part time or full time basis. The Silver, our most popular level, allows the person to hire teachers and to have additional teaching locations. The Gold has an exclusive territory and unlimited teaching locations. “The Gold Plus Area Developer will bring to Kinderdance® the kind of person who is a motivated, financially qualified who would enjoy more compensation while managing and developing their territory”, says Richard Maltese, Director of Franchise Development. Kinderdance® programs emphasize self-confidence and self-esteem in children by teaching them to share, lead, interact and respond to others' needs, as well as their own. The skills are taught using dance, fitness and creative movement, combined with education in numbers, colors, shapes and words. Movements focus on motor development, body awareness and gymnastics by using fun music and fitness routines. The company offers the educational movement programs on site to child-care centers recreational centers, churches, fitness centers, and many other viable locations.
