LA Boxing Continues Expansion in San Diego North County

Nationwide Cardio Boxing and Kickboxing Fitness Franchise Organization Expands to 85 Units

SANTA ANA, CA--(LAB NEWS WIRE)—LA BOXING Franchise Corporation, a national operator of distinctive cardio boxing and kickboxing health and fitness gyms, announced today the signing of the second franchise for the San Diego North County area. The new franchise was awarded to Richard and Nicole Montano, a multi-unit LA BOXING franchisee.   The grand opening of their first gym located in Carlsbad, California, took place on July 7, 2007.  This agreement is the 85th franchise that LA BOXING Franchise Corporation has awarded with locations in 16 states and Puerto Rico.

“Richard and Nicole have committed to opening at least 2 more LA BOXING franchises in the Encinitas and Escondido areas and will bring their total to 4 gyms.   There are currently 2 other LA BOXING franchisees located in the San Diego area with a total of approximately 10 gyms forecasted to open in the next 2 years”, said Anthony Geisler, president LA BOXING Franchise Corporation.

The Montano family has made a substantial commitment to the LA BOXING franchise system.  Richard’s brother, John Montano, also purchased an LA BOXING franchise for the Temecula, California, area.
