Nation’s largest cardio boxing and kickboxing franchise organization reaches 84 sold units coast-to-coast
Santa Ana, CA – Southern California-based LA BOXING Franchise Corporation continues its high-speed growth wave, taking the franchise company to 84 units in 16 states and Puerto Rico.
LA BOXING announced that it has designated Atlanta as its hub for expansion throughout the Southeast. The Company signed an exclusive franchise agreement for expansion into the Atlanta market, choosing John Deters and Vladimir Lerner as its partners. They announced that their first franchise locations will be located in Kennesaw, Peachtree City and Roswell. The Partnership plans to open 10 locations in the Atlanta Metro area and 20 to 25 franchises in the southeastern United States.
"We are exceeding our growth projections for this year. Our efficient and supportive business model, coupled with the popularity of cardio boxing, kickboxing and MMA is really accelerating our growth," said Anthony Geisler, president of LA BOXING Franchise Corporation.
Mr. Deters has 30 years of MMA training experience and is a successful entrepreneur. He stated, “In all my years of searching for a proven boxing and kickboxing fitness business I have never seen anything as well conceived and executed as LA BOXING. I wanted a business that was profitable, not another Rocky-type gym. I sold my LA BOXING franchise in Hollywood, California, to my partner so that I could concentrate on the Southeast with Vladimir. We plan to cluster our gyms so as to take advantage of the economies of scale that LA BOXING offers us in broadcast advertising and equipment purchasing. The recent agreement signed with Chuck Liddell is just one example of how we can cooperate with other franchisees to afford a world class MMA fighter to represent our brand.”
“By continuing to attract bright, capable franchisees to the LA BOXING chain of franchises, combined with the synergy of working together to promote our health and fitness brand, we will dominate all major city markets as we have done in other parts of the United States and Puerto Rico,” said Carl Kosnar, Managing Partner of The Kosnar Group, franchise development consultants for LA BOXING Franchise Corporation.
Mr. Lerner is owner of Vida America, an Internet sales and consulting company with online and offline business operations. Prior to launching Vida America, he was Sales Manager for Capital Internet, specializing in hosting and fiber networks. “Our plan is to expand quickly and open at least 10 LA BOXING franchises in the Metro Atlanta area in the next few years. By mid 2008, we could easily have four to six more franchises operating in Georgia. Having a diverse and growing population and a great economy, Atlanta has transformed itself in the last decade since the 1996 Olympics. I believe Atlanta is a great place to have a revolutionary fitness club like this and the people of Atlanta will be very excited about LA BOXING,” said Lerner.
