Learning Center Franchisor's High Tech Approach Proving to Be Huge Differentiator in the Tutoring Industry.

Posted on January 09, 2008 by Bill Dube

Omega Learning Center Franchisor, LLC unveils this proprietary Web-based Business system to franchisees available in the following 15 states:

ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, LOUISIANA, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, NEW JERSEY, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, SOUTH CAROLINA, WEST VIRGINIA.

Omega's web-based Business system has three driving components:

e-Schedule: Tutoring Center Franchisees can easily schedule and email their students through this automated system. The Scheduling system informs students of their next tutoring session, their conference time and date, and their post assessment time and date. Omega's proprietary system allows franchisees to expand their business quickly. In addition to facilitating billing, the scheduling software checks in students at their scheduled tutoring times, and helps to avoid human error pertaining to scheduling conflicts.

e-Tutor: Omega's proprietary curriculum is accessed through the web in this system. Teachers can easily pull daily enrichment-based work for their students. e-Tutor also manages daily communication between the tutor at the franchise location, the parent, and the teacher at school. e-Tutor logs all of the franchisees' students' progress within their program and checks off and stores all skill gaps their students' have successfully mastered. A notes section allows tutors to communicate internally to maximize their students' progress.

e-Conference: Franchise owners and marketing directors can quickly and easily prepare personalized conference reports for correspondence with parents and teachers.

Co-developer Kim Bethune says, "Giving franchise owners the tools and technology to automate and streamline these three crucial elements of their business, allows them more time to market and grow their business".
