The Designers’ Show House is the major DPVA fundraiser supporting the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and its music education and scholarship programs throughout the Miami Valley. The house was constructed after the turn of the 20th century for NCR founder John H. Patterson’s cousin, Lillian Evans. Mr. Jerry Houser and his family have owned the property since1967. For the show, NiteLites will be among the 43 noted local designers, who will refresh and update the property. For years NiteLites has been an industry leader in the production and installation of low voltage outdoor landscape lighting for both residential and commercial design, installation, and service. NiteLites provides a wide variety of outdoor lighting including: architectural, landscape and garden, deck, submersible, and path lighting. Each system is comprised of solid brass and copper fixtures with an extended warranty and bulbs carry a 1 year warranty. NiteLites lighting systems are installed by trained NiteLites professionals with careful attention to detail and little or no disturbance to existing landscaping or property. Systems are also maintained by full time NiteLites service crews. A NiteLites lighting system will provide a safer and more secure environment for family and friends. In addition low voltage lighting systems have about one-tenth the voltage flowing through them once the transformer has “transformed” the voltage, which reduces shock hazard for children and pets. NiteLites installs only high quality, energy efficient, specification grade low voltage fixtures and transformers which are manufactured to exact specifications.
