Medina Management Strategies Appoints New Real Estate Director
(Fort Walton Beach, FL.) Medina Management Strategies has entered into a new level of excellence as it appoints Ms. Dawn White as Director of Real Estate Development.
“My job at Medina will be to work directly with brokers and developers to match the best available locations with our customer’s franchisees. I will also work with real estate consultants to stay abreast of current market trends.” White remarked.
Medina Management Strategies provides several franchising companies, including Cuppy's Coffee & More, and Planet Popolicious, with business consulting, staff leasing services, as well as marketing, finance, and operational support.
White has previously served in the military and has been working as a real estate referral specialist for Medina during the past year.
