Joe Duggan brings to his newly acquired business more than 15 years of customer service and computer technology related experience.  Prior to purchasing his MonitorClosely.com franchise, Joe held several key positions ranging from help desk support to Network Systems Integrator.  Most recently Joe worked in the Security Administration Department for a national insurance company.  He is extremely friendly and outgoing and is approaching his new business venture with a great deal of enthusiasm.

Dave Vesty, prior to joining MonitorClosely.com, had his own management consulting company, Rockfish Group.  Through Rockfish Group, Dave undertook various projects and interim management positions for a broad range of technology companies.  Before starting Rockfish, Dave spearheaded worldwide field sales and marketing operations for Progress Software Corporation of Bedford, Massachusetts, a publicly held $300 million Internet software company.  As a member of the company's executive team, he was instrumental in the company's strategic planning and global expansion.  Prior to his work at Progress Software Corporation, Dave was a Branch Manager with Metier Management Systems, the provider of the ARTEMIS Project Management System, one of the industry’s leaders in project management software and services.  As a Country Manager at Metier, he led the company’s operations in Caracas, Venezuela.  Dave is a graduate of Union College and received an M.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University.

John Stedham, a true entrepreneur, has owned and operated 7 restaurants during his career.  When not in the kitchen at one of his successful eateries, John has, over the years, sold vendor products for Beverages Wholesale.  John presently is running a private RV park/Golf course sales department; however, he is ready to get back into business ownership and plans to involve one of his three sons and someday perhaps his two grandsons.

Justin Senter is a US Air Force Veteran.  While in the Air Force, Justin worked at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico setting up surveillance and high-speed digital photography on missile launches.  Justin has also worked for NASA setting up surveillance and high-speed photography on rocket launches and various testing sites.  Justin has a Bachelors of Science degree in Avionics.  Justin looks forward to his first entry into business ownership and based on his sincerity and high level of enthusiasm he should do extremely well!

Richard DeRose has over 10 years of service for the Berkshire County Sheriffs office.  Richard is also the owner of a Commercial/Residential cleaning service and a Property Management Business.  He knows what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur and he plans to be the leader in Berkshire County Western Massachusetts/Albany area in surveillance systems sales.
