David currently holds real estate brokers licenses in California and New Jersey and recently sold his very successful RE/MAX International firm. While operating his real estate business, David was responsible for creating video and virtual tours of client homes and developing web site placements. His experience and interest in this technology lead him to pursue acquiring the MonitorClosely.com franchise for Orange County, CA. Charles Zussman, Atlantic City, NJ – Charles is excited to be joining his cousin Steve Busch, owner of MonitorClosely.com - Atlantic City after spending 20+ years in the casino industry. Charles recently retired from the Trump Organization where as a casino floor supervisor he was integrally involved in surveillance. Charles plans to be involved in all aspects of the business and represents the fourth addition to the Atlantic City franchise staff. Toni Buzzeo & Ken Cyll, Portland, ME – Ken and his wife Toni, a renowned children’s book author, traveled south for training to Cincinnati hoping for warmer weather. Rudy Barrington & Preston Sullivan, Greensboro, NC – Preston is a graduate of Guilford Technical Community College where he earned a degree in Emergency Medical Science. He has been involved with fire/EMS/police for over thirteen years and brings a unique perspective to MonitorClosely.com. Preston is a full-time law enforcement officer and has recognized for years the need for, and benefits from, digital surveillance systems in both homes and businesses. He has joined with his father in-law, Rudy Barrington, a successful business owner, to open the first of two MonitorClosely.com locations (Rudy currently owns the franchise rights for Myrtle Beach, SC). Rudy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business. After eight years as a residential real estate appraiser, Rudy opened his own company, Barrington Appraisal Services, Inc. and has been extremely successful. He looks forward to working with Preston in building his new company. Ed Blumberg, Knoxville, TN – Ed earned a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Bauder College in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has over 25 years of experience in video production, and for the past 15 years, he has specialized in computer software development for Internet applications. Ed has just recently relocated from Florida and looks forward to “working with all of the fine people of Knoxville County”. Ed is a dedicated and sincere person who possesses all of the skills, enthusiasm, and passion needed to own and operate a highly successful business. Lori Coberley, Austin-Central – Lori began her career in law enforcement in 1992 as a Deputy Sheriff in Harris County, Texas. When she relocated to the Austin area in 1993, she accepted a position as Sheriff’s Deputy for Travis County. After thirteen years as a dedicated and successful Deputy Sheriff, Lori decided it was time to pursue her goal of entrepreneurship. In January of 2007, Lori purchased the first MonitorClosely.com franchise location in the state of Texas and looks forward to a long and prosperous venture in business ownership. Katie Knepp, York, PA – Katie is a recent graduate of Frostburg State University, where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Katie, along with partners Terry Daley and Dave Dietrich, are excited to be opening the first MonitorClosely.com location in Pennsylvania. This “proven” team of entrepreneurs currently own and operate a successful automotive transmission franchise in York, PA and were looking to grow and diversify their business. Katie’s drive and enthusiasm were evident during the January 2007 Corporate Training Program. Al Nigam, Dayton, OH - Al has a vast background covering many industries including; manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate. After earning a degree in Engineering from the University of Roorkee in India, Al relocated his family to the United States in 1995. Al possesses excellent entrepreneurial skills and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service in every business endeavor he gets involved with.
