One of 28 leading restaurant companies in Canada to join Nutrition Information Program
TORONTO, —Mr. Greek Restaurants, the largest and fastest-growing Greek franchise in North America, has launched Mr. Greek’s Nutritional Guide for consumers.
For this menu analysis, Mr. Greek retained the services of well-known nutritionist Rosie Maclean. Rosie has 35 years of experience in the foodservice industry, in the fields of dietetics, nutrition, and education. In addition to spearheading MR. GREEK's Nutritional Guide, she has also been key in advising on menu development. She is a co-author of "The Guide, Success with Prepared Foods", published in April of 2000 by The Dietitians of Canada.

In addition to the nutritional guide being posted on Mr. Greek’s website, it will also be published and made available within all locations across the GTA. The guide includes a caloric breakdown, as well as fat, sodium, carbs, cholesterol, protein, sugar and vitamin values per item.
