National Outdoor Lighting Franchise Successful at Recent International Builders™' Show

Posted on February 26, 2007 by

National Outdoor Lighting Franchise NiteLites recently demonstrated their high quality architectural and landscape lighting products at the International Builders’ Show (IBS).  The show was the most successful and well-attended annual convention of the National Association of Home Builders.  A complete list of exhibitors is available online at http://www.buildersshow.com/Exhibitors/CurrentExhibitors.aspx.

NiteLites Franchise Systems, Inc. President and CEO, Thomas A. Frederick, explained that this was the first year NiteLites attended the IBS, and that their products were “very popular” with the builders, developers, landscape architects, and architects at the show.  Mr. Frederick also said that the show was a success and that the company met with many business owners and project managers who expressed interest in their safe low voltage lighting outdoor lighting systems.   Local franchise owners and operators David Thoma of Myrtle Beach, Randy White of Sarasota, and Trevor Rosendahl of Jacksonville also relayed that the contacts made with the national decision makers at this trade show were “highly beneficial.”  Mr. Frederick explained that the show was so successful for his company, that “We are already making plans to attend next year because this is our ideal audience.  These are business people who recognize the quality of our specification grade low voltage outdoor lighting fixtures and the value of our lighting design, installation, and full service maintenance.  These business people also know the profitability and visibility NiteLites Outdoor Lighting can bring to their projects.”

NiteLites National Outdoor Lighting Franchise is an industry leader in the low voltage outdoor landscape lighting field, and specializes in both residential and commercial installations.  This lighting company has been in business since 1998, and offers complete outdoor lighting service – from lighting design, planning and installation to a comprehensive maintenance plan ensuring the ongoing worry free enjoyment of its lighting systems.  Their proprietary line of copper and brass specification grade low voltage fixtures provide an inviting application of light on any project including outdoor lights for architectural lighting, landscape lighting, as well as lighting for patios, gardens, decks, pathways, marinas and submersible lighting for fountains and ponds. In addition, NiteLites outdoor lighting designers create unique lighting effects for entryways, club houses, pool areas, municipalities, resorts, businesses, restaurants, public facilities and parks, apartment complexes, town homes, and condominiums.

NiteLites showcases commercial properties and buildings by creating breathtaking curb appeal, accentuating the architectural elements and the surrounding landscape.  Energy efficient low voltage lighting is specified for commercial space since no other type of lighting can duplicate its light quality.  The ability to make lighting inconspicuous, and even transparent, rates highly on the design criteria for green building protocols.  The package of benefits that low voltage lighting offers for enhancing commercial and residential environments deserves consideration for a wide array of applications including NiteLites commercial lighting for retail, hospitality, industrial, public facilities, and property management needs.
