NiteLites of Dayton, the landscape lighting professionals, will be on hand at the Miami Valley Home Improvement Show to lift the spirits of the attendees by demonstrating an alternative to the long, dark winter days. The Miami Valley Home Improvement Show will be held at Hara Arena January 11 - 14, 2007. The show also offers a number of educational seminars directed towards the homeowner. While attending the show, visit the NiteLites booth #144. Jim and Tracy Landsiedel, owners of the local NiteLites, and their staff will happy to show you their fantastic array of houses and landscapes illuminated by a NiteLites low voltage lighting system. They will also be happy to relate the benefits of an outdoor lighting system. This time of year, sunlight is at a premium. Waking up and going to work in the dark is difficult enough. Coming home in the dark is, quite frankly, depressing. Wouldn’t it be uplifting to be welcomed home with a warm wash of light which accents areas of the home and garden that are important? NiteLites outdoor architectural and landscape lighting may be just the solution. NiteLites professionals can brighten any yard or garden by highlighting selected features with an outdoor lighting system. Landscape lighting can emphasize the color and bring out the beauty of ponds, statues, trees, and shrubs. Pathways become safer when landscape lighting is applied. The property becomes more secure when dark spots are eliminated or minimized. The result of adding a specification grade, low voltage landscape lighting system is that the home becomes more inviting, and the lighting system adds to the property’s overall ambience. Colors and shapes in a garden come to life. Statues, ponds, and gazebos become a focal point with the application of garden lighting. The home owner can once again be welcomed by the property, while successfully expanding the available living and entertainment areas well beyond sunset. The days will gradually get longer, and warmer weather will return. Then the outdoor lighting takes on a different role. Now is a good time to reflect on the past spring and summer with regard to the existing property. What areas were used extensively? What areas, like decks, patios, or gardens, were seldom used, or not used at all? What can be done to make better use of these areas is both simple, and less expensive than a construction project. To make the under used areas of a property more inviting, and to add to the property’s overall ambience, an excellent option is a custom architecture and landscape lighting system. When lit, decks and patios are an extension of the indoor living area. In short, the addition of lights maximizes the homeowner’s living and entertainment space. Landscape lighting provides a creative way to showcase the beauty of the landscape and garden investments. Low voltage lights can be strategically installed to add rich depth and textures to trees, shrubs, flower beds, and statues in the evening. And because of the design of the fixtures, “lighting trespass” is minimized – the lights illuminate only the intended subject. NiteLites sole business is outdoor lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. To register for a personal demonstration, stop at the NiteLites booth # 144. The NiteLites professional will set up a temporary installation of a NiteLites specification grade low voltage lighting system on a prospect’s property to demonstrate the dramatic effect that a NiteLites system can have. NiteLites will then provide a written estimate for the complete installation. Once installed, the NiteLites professional will consult with the property owner to determine the final aiming of the individual lights. NiteLites also offers an industry leading warranty.
