NPI Honors 43 Franchisees for Achievements

National Property Inspections, Incorporated, celebrated 26 years in business, unveiled new marketing tools and databases for inspectors and presented more than 43 awards to outstanding franchisees at its annual meeting in Omaha.

"We want to offer both excellent education and entertainment opportunities," President and Founder Roland Bates said. "This year we moved the event to Omaha’s booming downtown entertainment and arts district, a positive change. We also shortened the schedule, offering the opportunity for franchisees to turn great information into business success quickly and seamlessly."

The conference concluded with the awards banquet, where the year’s top-producing franchisees gathered to receive Platinum, President’s Club, Pinnacle, Pacesetter and Rising Star awards. Two franchisees, Michael Oberacker, of Palm Harbor, Florida, and Andrew Wallace, of Los Osos, California, were inducted into the National Property Inspections’ Hall of Fame for their longtime dedication to the company’s principles of excellence and service to customers.

National Property Inspections is an international property inspection company with franchisees in the United States and Canada. In Canada, the company operates under the name Global Property Inspections (GPI).  Inspectors offer a diverse selection of services for clients, including both residential and commercial inspections.
