Lakewood, CO — Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, one of the nation’s fastest-growing carpet cleaning franchises, scores high in franchisee satisfaction, according to a recent survey conducted by independent market research firm Franchise Business Review.
Oxi Fresh was rated among the Top 50 franchises (#38) with 100-249 locations. This marks the sixth time in seven years that Oxi Fresh has been a Franchisee Satisfaction Award winner.
Based on a survey of more than 26,000 franchisees representing more than 350 franchise brands, the Franchisee Satisfaction Award is the only awards program to rank companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction. Now in its ninth year, the survey includes 33 benchmark questions, relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction, as well as market area, business lifestyle, and other demographic characteristics.
