Toronto —A Toronto franchise location of Navis Pack & Ship was selected to provide fine art packaging and delivery services for the 14th Annual Art With Heart, one of Canada’s highest grossing charity art auctions. The Oct. 16th event raised a record $406,250 for Casey House, a supportive care organization for people suffering from AIDS and HIV. Navis Pack & Ship delivered more than half of this year’s collection, which featured works by prominent Canadian contemporary artists such as Edward Burtynsky, Darren Cerkownyk, Douglas Coupland, Ken Danby, Greg Girard, Attila Richard Lukacs, Charles Pachter and Harold Town. Navis also handled a featured work by artist James Lahey, which sold for the evening's highest price tag, $27,000.
