New Specialty Retail Franchise Concept Launching National Rollout

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ.  – Sandström OnTV Company, a new specialty retail franchise outlet, has signed Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Crosby/Wright to assist in public relations and marketing for the company’s national launch and overall brand campaign.

A fresh new entry to the franchise market, Sandström OnTV Company takes an innovative approach to selling both private-label and proprietary “As Seen On TV” products in upbeat, interactive and pop impresario-themed stores. Currently launching its national rollout, Sandström is slated to open hundreds of stores across the U.S. Enlisting Crosby/Wright, a luxury brand public relations, advertising and graphic design firm, as its agency of record, the agency will assist in public relations and marketing efforts for the company.

“We feel a national public relations and marketing campaign is essential to building a successful franchise operation,” said Tim McCarthy, vice president of Sandström OnTV Company. “Having a national presence will also greatly benefit our franchisees, providing them with the marketing and branding they need to be successful.”

In May, Sandström opened its worldwide headquarters in Scottsdale and in June announced infomercial pitchman Billy Mays, the face to several TV-marketed products including the Hercules Hook and OxiClean, as the vice president of brand production. Currently launching its nationwide expansion plan, this month Sandström received its Federal Trade Commission approval.
