Signs Now Announces Staff Additions Corresponding With Franchise and Sales Growth![]() Posted on February 13, 2007 by SARASOTA, Fla. — In the wake of a record-breaking year in sales and franchise growth, Signs Now, A Division of Allegra Network, LLC has appointed several key team members to assist in the continued growth and development of the company nationwide and throughout Canada. To assist in franchise development, Signs Now has appointed Barbara Kanoza as the newest franchise development coordinator for the company. “We are delighted to have Barbara on board to assist in the persistent growth of the department,” remarked Signs Now President Steve White. “Her talent and skills will be a major asset for the company and our potential franchisees.” Kanoza will coordinate key administrative functions in franchise development including legal, development and operational transition. Kanoza has more than 20 years of experience working in executive administration and is active in the local community. In addition, Signs Now has also promoted Phil LeBlanc to director of franchise development. LeBlanc has been the company’s franchise development manager since 2005. He will continue to oversee the development of the Signs Now franchise network, in addition to the direction of the development staff and recruitment efforts. “Phil has been a key factor in Signs Now’s recording-breaking year,” remarked White. “We are confident that under his direction, franchise development will continue to thrive in 2007 and beyond.” LeBlanc has more than 14 years experience in franchise and sales development and has worked for such companies as Carlson Wagonlits Travel and Cruise One, Inc. Lastly, to assist in the continued growth of the company, Signs Now has contracted Sandie Ridings as a sales and training consultant. Ridings will be providing sales and training services for Signs Now. As a former Signs Now franchise member and regional manager, she not only brings an intimate knowledge of Signs Now operations, but also key skills in training and team-building. In 2003, Ridings launched a small business consulting firm that now serves major corporations, government agencies and private companies.
