New Value Place Hotel Senior Vice President of Safety and Security Innovations is positioned to continue the priority of safety, security and comfort

Former Sheriff and law enforcement professional, Bob Creech named as Senior Vice President of Safety and Security Innovations for Value Place Franchise Services LLC

WICHITA, Kan.– Value Place Franchise Services LLC announces that Bob Creech has been named Senior Vice President of Safety and Security Innovations.  Value Place is one of the nation’s fastest-growing extended stay hotel chains.

A leading senior executive with an extensive background in law enforcement, organizational development, and directing security operations, Creech will be responsible for the continued expansion of Value Place’s approach to safety and security, which remains a top priority for the company.

“Bob has an extensive background in security.  He has an impressive record of developing and implementing strategies across organizations,” said Gina-Lynne Scharoun, President of Value Place Franchise Services LLC.  “We are ecstatic to have Bob join our team, and I am confident that his skills and background will continue to help ensure the physical security of our properties and personal security of our guests and employees. Bob’s experience with security initiatives will serve our company well.  He will collect and analyze data to implement process improvements organizationally that will continue to enhance the high standards of comfort and safety our guests are accustomed to receiving at Value Place,” Scharoun added.

“I am fortunate to have joined a company that has always considered the guest’s comfort and safety as top priority and will implement innovative solutions that draw on my experience to continue to build the Value Place Brand commitment of safety, comfort and security,” Creech said.

“I applaud Value Place’s approach. One of the main reasons our guests stay with Value Place is because of the emphasis we put on guests comfort and security.  Our properties all have electronically protected interior corridors with no exterior access to any rooms. A room key is required for entry beyond the foyer, and there are video cameras at every entrance.  Plus, we scan the driver’s license of every guest. I will continue to work toward further innovations to help ensure safety,” he added.

Creech further commented, “Value Place has also created a program called SAFE Community Partnerships that encourages establishing positive relationships between Value Place staff and local police departments.  Building upon, and maintaining those relationships will be crucial for the delivery of comfort and safety in the communities where we do business.”

Creech graduated from both the Kansas and Missouri Law Enforcement academies, is a graduate of the Kansas Sheriff’s Academy and the National Sheriff’s Institute, and holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Avila University in Kansas City.

Value Place is one of the nation’s fastest-growing brands.  The extended stay hotel chain will open its 100th property this summer, has properties open in over 20 states, and 42 franchise groups have committed to build nearly 700 hotels nationwide over the next five years.
