Villanova University Teams with Johnnie's Dog House

Villanova, PA –  Villanova University launches a new tradition for their Wildcat fans at the start of their 2007 Football season by hosting The NOVA Nation Pre-Game Tent.

The NOVA Nation Pre-Game Tent is the premiere experience for Villanova Wildcat Football fans.  Two hours prior to the start of each home game, the Pre-Game Event swings into action with food, music, drinks, pre-game radio show, and cheerleaders.

Brain Papson, Director of Marketing and Special Events for Villanova University, says “Not only bring your Wildcat pride to each football game but now you also need to bring your appetites to the Pre-Game Tent.”  Johnnie’s Dog House™ will be grilling and serving all the foods you crave – hot dogs, sausages, burgers, nachos, and more.  Mr. Papson states, “We knew from the beginning we needed great food to match our premier pre-game event.”  Villanova turned to Johnnie’s Dog House™ as their exclusive food service provider for The NOVA Nation Pre-Game Tent.

The Johnnie’s Dog House™ Franchise is the newest addition to the growing fast-casual restaurant franchises.  Todd Chusid, Founder & CEO Johnnie’s Dog House™, is extremely pleased and honored with the opportunity to team with Villanova Sports.  Mr. Chusid states, “Football season is synonymous with food.  It will certainly be the best place to get ready for the game.”

Whether you’re a student, alumni, or fans with families there will be something for everyone.  And best of all, admission to The NOVA Nation Pre-Game Tent is free with food and drinks sold separately.  The NOVA Nation Pre-Game Tent is available before each of the below listed home football game.  The event will be located at the East Main Parking Lot and will open two hours before each game and close 15-minutes prior to kickoff.
