NiteLites is an industry leader in the production and installation of low voltage outdoor lighting and specializes in both residential and commercial lighting applications. Their energy efficient outdoor lighting fixtures include outdoor low voltage lights for architectural lighting, landscape lighting, garden lighting, tree lighting, deck lighting, patio and pool area lights, step lighting, submersible lighting for fountains and ponds, and path lighting. Garden Lighting is used to accent the features of the client’s landscape and garden investments. Low voltage lights can be strategically installed to illuminate trees, shrubs, flower beds, and statues. “Moonlighting”, lighting installed in the high branches of a tree and focused downward, can create a serene look throughout the garden.Deck Lighting as well as patio lighting, illuminates the natural alfresco entertainment areas of a property, allowing the owner to enjoy the property well into the evening. This technique not only enhances the deck or patio, but also extends the indoor living area to the outdoors. Submersible Lighting in the form of solid, water resistant, submersible fixtures, is designed to illuminate pools, Jacuzzis, ponds, waterfalls, and fountains. This technique can be used to highlight the shimmering water or to light underwater objects. Path Lighting, as well as walkway and driveway lighting complement their architectural and landscape lighting. NiteLites low voltage fixtures illuminate the way to, from, and around a property while improving safety and security for visitors, friends, and family. NiteLites also specializes in commercial lighting for business, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, public facilities, and property management needs. Outdoor lighting provides the opportunity to make a powerful impression on prospective customers and announces that visitors are welcome. NiteLites will showcase a business or building by creating breathtaking curb appeal, accentuating the architectural elements and the surrounding landscape. The NiteLites professional will set up a temporary installation on a prospect’s property to demonstrate the dramatic effect that a NiteLites outdoor lighting system can have. NiteLites will then provide a written estimate for the complete installation. Once installed, the NiteLites professional will consult with the property owner to determine the final aiming of the individual lights. NiteLites also offers a choice of maintenance programs to keep the outdoor lighting system operating as well as it did on the day it was installed. NiteLites was recently recognized by Franchise Times (March 2008 Issue) as the 7th fastest growing franchise organization. That fact, coupled with the growing trend for Americans to purchase outdoor lighting systems, has led to NiteLites Franchise Systems, Inc. expanding our operations in selected regions of the United States.
