We're two childhood best friends who started a business around a simple idea - make fast-food "real" by making it the way it should be…by people not factories. Now, our idea is a thriving business that's changing the way burgers and fries are made and served. It's a big, lofty goal, but we're out to change American fast-food forever.
We do it by grinding fresh, all-natural steak from local, family farms to make our burgers everyday. We hand-cut and bake fries and sweet potato fries. We hand-make our own veggie burgers, turkey burgers, and chicken sandwiches. We make our own proprietary b.good salad dressings and sauces with whole, natural ingredients. And we blend shakes with premium ingredients like locally-made ice cream, whole fruit, and natural juices.
We've built our brand by serving delicious food that people feel good about eating and by showing our customers the way we make our food, what's in it, and where it comes from. We've done it by telling the story of our food through the "real" people who raise it, grow it, and prepare it in our restaurants.
Our secret sauce is our connection with our customers (we call them our "family"). They're passionate (borderline psychotic) about what we do and what we stand for. So passionate that they've made videos, sang songs, built b.good board games, given us an ice cream truck (we couldn't make this one up), and even run marathons in giant stuffed b.good burger suits. They root for us, provide feedback, spread word-of-mouth, and most important, are fanatically loyal. It's those real emotional connections with our customers that confirm that we've built a brand that matters.

Brand & start-up training: The first training you will receive is on our brand & start-up program. You'll learn everything there is to know about our brand & concept. Then, we'll help you develop your store's specific start-up plan by reviewing every step you'll need to take before opening -- from finding a location, to building the location, & to marketing your new b.good. We'll be there through every aspect of your initial start-up phase.
5-week comprehensive training program: We provide an in-depth, 5 week comprehensive training program in which you'll learn every aspect of our business. You'll learn each position in our restaurant & become proficient in every task. You'll learn how to use our training program so you can effectively train your own team on our systems. By the 5th week, you'll be running our training restaurant by yourself.
Opening weeks: A team of b.good pros will arrive at your store before you open to help train your team & implement our systems. During the all-important first few weeks after opening, that b.good team will work alongside you to ensure that you are successfully executing our systems to deliver excellent food & service.
On-going support: We'll provide on-going support to help you deal with challenges & make sure you are running the best most profitable b.good possible. We will provide frequent operational reviews & work together to improve your team, food, & customer service.
Above all, we're looking for people who are passionate about serving "real" food, want to make lots of money, and believe that they should love what they do. We want you if you're a leader who possesses entrepreneurial drive, lots of energy, and management experience. Ideally, candidates have restaurant and/or retail industry expertise, but character and attitude will also be the most important criteria when we evaluate franchise partners. Potential franchisees must have a minimum of $100,000 in liquid capital.
