Complete with a new store design prototype, retooled menu and grilling options, Teriyaki Experience located at 9774 Katy Freeway, is the first of 45 locations slated to open over the next ten years throughout Houston and its surrounding areas.
The expansion into Houston is part of the company’s nationwide expansion plan which calls for 600 locations across the nation in the next five to seven years.

B&G Fit Ventures, a family owned corporation based out of Morgan City, Louisiana, will be responsible for developing Teriyaki Experience in the Houston marketplace. The company is affiliated by common ownership with several additional corporations involved in restaurant related activities, the largest being B&G Food Enterprises, who own and operate directly over 50 Taco Bell and KFC restaurants in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, and have been operating restaurants for over 28 years.

Teriyaki Experience offers customers the option of cooking their food with water to minimize calorie and fat content for a more healthy option or with their signature Asian cooking sauce for a more flavorful experience. The menu features a selection of rice and noodle meals, soups, wraps, salads and sushi. Most menu items have less than 10 grams of fat and contain less than 600 calories.
Each meal combines garden fresh vegetables with all-white meat chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu, and a choice of Japanese steamed rice, yakisoba or udon noodles and topped with the customers choice of Sweet Chili, Pan-Asian Temptation, Reduced Sodium Teriyaki or the famous signature Teriyaki sauce.
