Although social media is considered the ‘new kid’ when it comes to marketing a business online, it has taken social sharing to a new level. Information is posted to websites like Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus at astounding rates. So a business can use social media exclusively for their content right? I mean, there’s no need for emails anymore, or is there?
The same debate between using social media or email is going on with print media vs online media. Content publishers are wondering if print media is still useful or if digital is the way to go.

Two measures passed through the House on Wednesday that would make it easier for small businesses to sell more shares with potential investors without all the pricey federal registrations rules. The two measures will increase the amount of shares a business is allowed to sell before registering with the Security and Exchange Commission.
