The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute of which 90 percent of the BrightStar franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the BrightStar franchise system.

“This is the fourth year in a row BrightStar has earned World-Class status and based on the franchisee’s feedback supplied in the survey, it’s not hard to see why,” said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of Franchise Research Institute. “BrightStar’s positive ratings have increased over the last year proving the Franchisor is listening to the concerns of its franchisees expressed in the survey results.”

The survey asked BrightStar franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.

One of the questions to determine World-Class Status is if the franchisee would recommend the franchise to a prospect. Ninety percent gave a positive response solidifying BrightStar’s status as a World-Class Franchise.

In addition, 93 percent of franchisees agreed that ‘my franchisor understands that if I am successful, they will be successful.’ The overall communication between home office personnel and franchisees was also graded as positive by 96 percent of the participating franchisees.

“It’s obvious from the survey results that BrightStar’s franchisees are more than satisfied with the level of support they receive from their franchisor,” said Johnson.

Shelly Sun, Co-Founder and CEO of BrightStar, agrees with Johnson that the results are exceptional and reinforce that the decisions made at the corporate level are helping franchisees build strong businesses.

“Balancing key stakeholders’ needs with strategic initiatives is critical. We aim to foster a very healthy environment where feedback is processed methodically and routinely to ensure we maintain a strong connection with all of our franchisees,” said Sun. “FranSurvey allows us to ensure communication is open, candid and most importantly encouraged and welcome. The onus is then on us to address, act upon, and better understand all that we hear.”
