Colors on Parade is a two-tiered system consisting of Area Developers and Operator franchisees. Area Developers purchase a protected territory, then build that region by recruiting and supporting Operator Franchisees, who provide the services to our customers. Strong management and leadership skills, along with an understanding of business planning, financial forecasting, marketing & sales, are qualities necessary to be a successful Area Developer.

What is an Area Developer?

An Area Developer owns a Designated Market Area (DMA) and is responsible for the onsite support of all Operator Franchisees working within the DMA. Area Developers provide Operator Franchisees with technical and business support, assistance with the development of accounts and local marketing development. Area Developers are also responsible for quality assurance and customer service of all Operator Franchisees working in the DMA. Area Developers also work to recruit new Operator Franchisees to service their DMA.

How much does it cost to become an Area Developer?

Area Developer Franchisee: $45,000-$60,000 which includes your franchise fee, mobile unit van down payment, laptop, software and training. Franchise Fee is $25,000, a Mobile Unit van with equipment is approx. $15,000-$30,000, based on whether a good used one may be available. Plus the cost of your DMA, which is calculated at $5,000 per 100,000 of population. Some financing may be available at Franchisors option.

The Area Developer Franchise Program would best be suited for the investor with business management and sales & marketing skills, who seeks an initial start-up capital investment starting from $50,000.

How do I make money?

When you become an Area Developer, you derive income from monthly royalties through a shared revenue program between yourself and Colors on Parade.

Colors on Parade franchisees provide the highest quality in the automotive appearance technology field, and we offer three primary services: Paint Repair, PDR (paint-less dent removal) and Interior repair. All repairs are guaranteed with our Lifetime Warranty.

Paint Repair

The Colors on Parade paint repair processes and methods is our core business. Our system involves the repair of minor surface damage including scratches on panels, bumpers, hoods and deck lids. Our franchisees are trained to duplicate a car's original paint and finish, by custom paint formulations in the mobile laboratory, thus making repairs seamless and invisible. And because we only paint the damaged area, we preserve more of the vehicle's original paint, which keeps costs down and takes less time.

PDR (Paint-less Dent Repair)

PDR is an art that reshapes metal back to its original condition, without affecting the original paint finish. No fillers, sanding, or repainting is required. The finish remains unharmed and the vehicle keeps its original value.

These dents range from damage by shopping carts, other car doors, hail damage and more.

Interior Repair

Our interior repair franchisees are trained to restore vinyl, leather, plastic and other surfaces. This includes tinting and blending techniques that guarantee high quality results.
