DirectBuild, LLC was founded by Michael New, an award-winning custom home builder with more than 20 years of experience in California and Colorado. Michael has developed a proven system for DirectBuild, based on two generations of custom building experience, to help an owner-builder efficiently manage their own construction projects and achieve the best quality for their money.

DirectBuild offers construction-consulting services to owner-builders building a higher value of finished homes ranging from $250,000 in smaller markets to $2 million and up in larger markets.
