He served as a manager in the small business/ enterprise division as well as the personal financial services and real estate divisions. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987. While working as a corporate securities attorney, Mr. Serota served as legal counsel to dozens of public companies and assisted with the preparation of registration statements, shareholder meetings, quarterly and annual reports. Ronald Serota was lead counsel in several Initial Public Offerings. Mr. Serota worked closely with the audit committee, the board of directors of publicly traded companies and their independent auditors. He assisted several publicly registered gaming corporations licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission and regulated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. He served as legal counsel for all corporate matters, including corporate securities - U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings and negotiations as well as completion of nationwide private placements and state registrations of various securities offerings.
