Del Taco Signs Multi-Unit Agreement in Alabama
Del Taco, a 24-hour quick-service food franchise, has announced a new agreement with Larry Blumberg & Associates in Dothan, Alabama. The new agreement will help bring the Del Taco brand to new markets in Alabama, as well as Florida. Larry Blumberg & Associates currently operates 68 hotels in 11 different states. The first location in Dothan, Alabama is planned to open in early 2013.
"Del Taco's fresher, better food made the brand an ideal choice for our first restaurant concept. We are confident that Del Taco's positively history will also add to the brand's success in the Southeast," said Bill Davis, current Senior Vice President of Commercial Development for Larry Blumberg & Associates.
The Alabama agreement is part of a larger initiative to increase brand awareness and retail locations in the Southeast. Larry Blumberg & Associates has plans to open more than 12 locations in Alabama, including Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, and Tuscaloosa. The company is also planning to build locations in Jacksonville and Tallahassee, Florida.
