Intrivah fitness and nutrition programs are designed to meet the needs of the fast growing baby boomer and aging populations through a holistic approach that is far more effective than the traditional 3-day/30-minute circuit routines.At Intrivah, our exercise and nutrition programs are individually tailored to meet the needs of our clients based on their goals, abilities and health history. Our clients are closely monitored in both exercise and nutrition by trained staff in a "homey" environment that is both supportive and comfortable.
