![]() Floor Coverings International and IMN Spark a Deal![]() Posted on January 11, 2012 by Ben Baggett IMN, a digital marketing company that helps businesses deliver branded newsletter, has just announced a partnership with Floor Coverings International, one of the US's foremost floor covering franchises. FCI selected IMN for many reasons, including: customizable/branded newsletters, driving long-term objectives, driving loyalty, social sharing, and generating new leads for it growing network. FCI will be including IMN as part of its development and growth strategy with its national franchisees. This is in hopes of helping franchisees rapidly grow a loyal customer base and improve on customer service. IMN will specifically be helping franchisees with new customer acquisitions and social sharing through special offers and targeted lead generation. Eric Shealy, IMN's Vice President of Consumer Enterprise, believes the newsletters will drive high open and click through rates because of their ability to customize according to a region or area.
