Pizza Schmizza—fun to say and delicious to eat! Our pizza restaurants and pubs are friendly, bright, colorful, and fun. Pizza Schmizza serves everyone's favorite traditional flavors—upgraded with our fresh herb crust and terrific sauces—as well as creative and tasty specialty creations that you won't find anywhere else! Steak and Potato, Popeye and Olive Oil, Creole, and Yucateco Garlic Noodle, are a few of our many whole-pie choices. Or, customers can choose pizza by-the-slice, alone or with a salad. Can't choose between flavors? Get two different slices. All of our Schmizza locations offer Cheese, Pepperoni, and Genoa flavors by-the-slice daily. In addition, you will find three flavor-of-the-week choices to keep things interesting for your regulars.

Our restaurants are open for lunch and dinner. Our Pizza Schmizza restaurants serve pizza, beer, wine, and fun! Schmizza Pub and Grub locations also offer a full bar. Purchasing Power: Pizza Schmizza currently has 24 stores. They provide buying power to reduce food costs.

Neither Schmizza nor its affiliates derive any income from products or services purchased by franchisees from third parties. We negotiate on your behalf and all savings flow directly to you! When given the choice of lower prices or rebates, we opt for lower prices. In the event the rebates are "take it or leave it" we distribute them to franchisees unless the amount is so small that it becomes cost-prohibitive to do that. In that case, we will add the rebate to the National Advertising Fund.

What is Included: Many of our competitors will sell you a franchise; pat you on the back, and send you on your way. Most franchisees have never found a location, submitted a letter of intent, or negotiated a lease. Using our experience to help you find a site can get you started on the right foot. At your request, we will do all of these things and more at no additional charge!

Schmizza offers one of the most comprehensive packages in the industry. We have negotiated with contractors and vendors to keep your opening costs at a minimum. We work closely with the general contractor and equipment vendors. We do this on your behalf and we receive no income for this service. It is our belief that it is important to have successful franchisees.

Training and Support: Our training is 35 days of intense pizza boot camp. You will not only know the details of our operation, you can implement them. You'll know you can manage every aspect of your store including your employees, your bookwork, your POS (point of sale) system, inventories, product quality, marketing and more.

We help you open your new store, and periodically visit to help you keep your operational standards at the highest level. All of our stores have computers and internet connection (high speed internet where available). This means that we are always available for your questions or concerns and we're never more than an email or phone call away.

We will create a marketing plan with you for the grand opening and for the next 6 to 12 months. Once your store opens, we will be with you every step of the way. We will help you train your crew and operate the store. Our goal is to make you self-sufficient.

Annual Sales and Profit: Schmizza provides a proven system for you to implement. Schmizza is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Trade Commission and does not make earnings claims. You should contact our franchisees to learn about our cost and profit structures. We can help you formulate questions and we will provide a list of all our franchisees.

Requirements: The franchise requires purchasers of a franchise to have the following qualifications:

• Above average credit rating
