Re-Bath Services Named a World-Class Franchise By The Franchise Research Institute

Franchise Research Institute and FranSurvey (a full service research firm focused on studying and promoting franchise excellence in 2002) recently gave certification to Re-Bath as a World-Class Franchise. The independent survey conducted by the institute used data from over 75 percent of Re-Bath franchisees to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction with the Re-Bath franchise system.

Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Institute commented on the vital nature of these surveys in building successful franchise brands and noted that "Re-Bath relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate and transparent way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees."

Among other information included in the survey some of the most notable responses received from Re-Bath franchisees included a positive grade to the helpfulness and communication between fellow franchisees (93%), a positive grade to the quality of new product and service introductions (83%) and a positive grade to the quality of products and services received (96%).
