After nearly 40 years in the carpet cleaning industry, Modernistic Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Company is looking to branch out beyond the state of Michigan, with 25 new franchise locations throughout the United States planned for 2012.

Since the business began in 1973, the primary focus has always been on customer satisfaction.  As the company has grown, they've continued to add new services such as hard wood floor cleaning and recoating, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, air duct cleaning and even water damage restoration.

Modernistic plans to extend their commitment to customer satisfaction to their franchisees as well, offering protected territories, affordable franchise fees, and a flat royalty rate, rather than the typical percentage of gross royalty.  These fees help to fund TV, Radio, Print and Web advertising, allowing every franchisee to benefit from the growth of the company and its franchise network.

Additionally, Modernistic will provide extensive training to the franchisees, equipping them to carry out the Modernistic level of quality and customer care from day 1.

With 25 locations planned for 2012, and an additional 75 by the end of 2013, Modernistic has franchise territories available in every state.
