Express Oil Change Certified A World-Class Franchise

The results of a recent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey® placed Express Oil Change on a short list of 25 franchises to receive the World-Class Franchise® certification.

The results of this independent survey were compiled from data collected from 73% of all Express Oil Change franchisees, and aimed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Express Oil Change franchise system.  Among the questions asked of Express Oil Change franchisees,

• 97% gave a positive grade to overall quality of the franchisor.
• 100% gave a positive grade to the initial training supplied by the franchisor.
• 100% of Express Oil's franchisees would recommend their franchise to a prospective franchisee.
• 97% gave a positive grade to the opportunity provided by this franchise system.

This is the eighth consecutive year that Express Oil Change has received the World-Class Franchise certification, and FranSurvey's methods of independently surveying individual franchisees ensure that data collected provides accurate and unbiased feedback from individuals currently working within the Express Oil Change franchise system.
