Jeff Brant: The biggest reason I love being an Ace Hardware owner is probably the breadth of skills that I get to use in running the store everyday. I came from Corporate America, so I’ve done a lot in finance and manufacturing and inventory control. Really, I get to use all of those skills everyday. Whether or not it’s mentoring employees or hiring people or doing the finances or looking at our inventory and what levels we should have. So, the breadth of being able to use all those different skills is really exciting.
