Brigitte Betser: ComForCare is a non-medical homecare company providing both companionship and hands on personal care services to individuals of all ages.

Joel Walsh: We are a people business. But it is a service business, it’s people caring for folks.

Dave Kopping: ComForCare system actually will allow anybody to become successful, however, I believe that the number one necessity of a business owner is to be compassionate, care about helping others and making a difference in their lives.

Mark Armstrong: A more successful business owners, our people that have been in business, working for somebody in the past, maybe for themselves. They have good communication skills. We like to develop business, the business developers and like to manage people and they care about people.

Brigitte Betser: So, as a franchise owner you have the ability to give back to your community, well gaining financial independence at the same time along with quality of life. That’s really what the reward is with ComForCare.

Joel Walsh: We do talk all the time with folks who are considering which franchise system to go with, whether it’s within home care or other franchise systems and ultimately the reason they become the part of the ComForCare family is the great people we have here.

Tom Arcobello: The nice thing is ComForCare was always there especially in the first few months of our business and we probably had three to four phone calls a day with people and the responses were immediate. Their solutions were immediate, they really comforted you to say, don’t worry, take a deep breath and move forward.

Kim Acrobello: It’s a growing market, you know, but I think it’s a great opportunity because we have a great business model behind us.

Joel Walsh: The background that I see being a success here at ComForCare are those that have an entrepreneurial attitude but not necessarily having been entrepreneurs prior. The things that I hear from the entrepreneur franchise owners when they are off the clock is the people that they make friends with, the clients themselves and their families. They make wonderful friends, they love these people and that’s what they take together.

Dave Kopping: It’s funny but the most rewarding thing is when people call and say that I have made a difference or my staff has made a difference in their lives and the lives of their family.

Brigitte Betser: It’s just a really rewarding business to be a part of.
