Male Speaker: I choose Welcomemat Services because I was looking for an opportunity to own my own business. I read an article in the Atlanta Business Chronicle about it and did some research and it sounded like a great concept. And then when I looked at the testimonials on the website, it really, it excited me even more. I was in commercial, planning on doing commercial real estate when I moved to Augusta, but I looked at it as a 2 year ramp up to try to get to know people since I knew relatively few people in the Augusta market. And then I did more research on Welcomemat and thought this was something that I [Indiscernible] [0:00:39] and my own destiny. It’s fun and it’s a good way to meet people. I had a target of signing on 1 new account every week and the first month I was behind that target, but part of that was building relationships. Fortunately for the second month I more than exceeded my 1 account per week target. The residual fact or the recurring revenue was a major factor on what I am doing, it’s nothing like going out and signing on an account and then you don’t have them again, it was a one time sale, at least with Welcomemat it offered me the opportunity of getting in the door with our 6 months minimum agreement that it gave time for the clients to see that our program worked. After meeting with Brian at Welcomemat and looking at the programs that they had, I felt comfortable that they had done enough research to know that there were going to be offering enough back office support for me. I am not a big fan of most CRMs but I used Welcomemat CRM religiously and it’s nice we have documents out there that are easy for me to pull from, go track, get samples, but the whole back-office was a key reason that I knew I was going to at least have some support. When I was looking into purchasing a franchise lifestyle was very important to me. I still have that flexibility that if I need to be somewhere next Thursday at 12 o’clock I can set my schedule around that and be there. I wasn’t actively searching to buy a franchise but with the things that were going on with my situation moving to a new town and seeing the need for this for businesses to reach out to new movers when I investigated the low cost inventory that Welcomemat provided was awesome.
