Speaker 1: Hi, I am Bill Koch and I have been in SILVER CROSS in Kansas City for five years. We chose SILVER CROSS because of their really unique approach to the business, their brand, their image, what people said about them, how they were received in the marketplace, their approach to actually serving the consumer, and the way that they work through the medical marketing channels to actually reach that consumer is unique beyond any other product or service industry I have seen. I am actually the Owner and the Operator. I am involved in all the sales contacts every day. I meet all the clients in the business, and I am also involved in the operations on the marketing end. Being the owner of your own SILVER CROSS location allows for a wild variety of benefits. Certainly, you get to establish your own priorities, your own objectives, your own work schedule. You are constantly learning all the new activities and endeavors that you take on daily, weekly, monthly, and certainly the rewards come back to you as the owner of the business in terms of the profits and the fruits of your labor. When you start your own SILVER CROSS location, you will be provided a wild variety of training and support materials, everything from documented binders detailing sales, operations, marketing, support. In addition, you will train in an existing location for two to three weeks, and on top of that, you will get manufacture training on all the products and then we will repeat that process again throughout your first year or two in business. You know, it doesnít seem like hardly a week goes by that we donít seen an article in the paper or a news story on television or radio that is talking about the aging baby boomers and the number of seniors that are retiring, and the trend is that these seniors really want to stay in their homes. They want to remain independent. Their lifestyles are different than their parents and, as a result, there is going to be a real demand for products and services that help these people stay independent and live the lifestyle that they are used to. SILVER CROSS is intensely focused on growing their brand, and they help you do that several ways. Not only do they create a strong online internet web presence for the global consumer to see who we are and what we provide, but they also train us and encourage us to go out and develop that brand at the local level, so we are working with the hospitals, the rehab hospitals, the support agencies, the clinics, where people with disabilities or illnesses or injuries go, and at some point in time during their discharge process and coming home, we hope that those medical facilities will refer SILVER CROSS as an available resource to help them in that transition. On top of that, we provide a full complement of new products, recycled products, trade-ins, and rentals, so no matter what the needs of the client are, we have a complete solution for them. Prior to opening up my own SILVER CROSS location, I worked with GE Appliances for 15 years in various sales and marketing positions, and then I transitioned to work for a lift manufacturer that makes a lot of the products that we actually sell in our location today.
