Organized by the Baltimore Office of Promotion &amp; The Arts, Inc. (BOPA) a 501(c)3 non-profit, according to the website, the event features hundreds of authors, as well as book signings, poetry readings, live music, and much more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Franchisee Mike Pyne of Towson, where his Maui Wowi store is located off E.
