VANCOUVER, Wash.<\/strong>  Earlier this week, Papa Murphy’s was named the top brand in customer satisfaction for the third quarter, 2013 by Technomic’s Consumer Brand Metrics program.<\/p>\n

According to the data published, Papa Murphy’s earned the highest marks of the 121 chains surveyed 76 percent of respondents ranked their last visit as "excellent." Consumers’ ratings of the chain are based on a number of measures; the value of their time and money, satisfaction with meal portion sizes and the speed of visit.
