The FBR Top 200 is a comprehensive ranking of the nation\u2019s top franchises based on franchisee satisfaction. For the 2016 report, FBR surveyed 28,000 franchise operators who represent 339 brands. The survey featured 33 benchmark questions ranking franchisors in various areas, such as financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values, general satisfaction and the franchisee community.
