Albuquerque, NM<\/strong> — On Thursday<\/span> October 23 at 11 a.m., Deepak Shah will open the first Dickey’s Barbecue Pit location in Albuquerque<\/span>with a three day grand opening.  Shah, the former chief financial officer of Southwest Cheese Company, is ready for the new challenge. The first location in New Mexico opened in Hobbs<\/span> last week with the highest grand opening sales in Dickey’s Barbecue history. <\/span><\/p>\n
