People are using their homes more and have become a maintenance driven home owner rather than one of consumption.  They need ongoing cleaning services to save them time, maintain a clean family home environment, and to maintain their home and their possesions longer.  It is an industry of repeat customers with multiple "touch points".

How has this industry changed in the last 10 to 20 years? 

Additional services have been added, low barriers to entry have increased competition, retention driven, customer service driven

What trends do you see over the next 5 to 10 years? 

More new services, higher levels of customer service, online & mobile ordering of services, retention driven marketing, consumers seeking higher indoor air qulity
