Phase 2
As you gain experience as a Schaeffer rep, we'll help you take your sales efforts to the next level. Topics in this class include managing key accounts, advanced sales strategies and expanded equipment principles.

TIAP (Total Immersion Application Program)
If you're interested in developing your technical skills, Schaeffer offers a one-year course that incorporates classroom and field training so you become an industry leader.

In addition, we strongly prefer our Outside Sales Representatives to have previous experience in a straight commission-based role and understand the earning potential for this type of position.
