When Brightway Insurance Inc. has run into speed bumps in its business, it has taken the challenges and turned them into opportunities.

For example, starting and growing an insurance agency in Florida with difficult regulatory issues due to hurricanes can be difficult, but David Miller, chairman of the company, said it made the company stronger.
