Our 5,500 sq. ft. freestanding facilities are recognized as local landmarks (you can't miss the Buffalo tower) and we are often referred to as a local favorite gathering spot.
Menu - Our value-priced menu offers unique southwest style appetizers and entrees, accompanied by a variety of other tasty favorites such as our world famous buffalo-style chicken wings, homemade dressings, soups and dips, hamburgers, fajitas, bountiful salads, steaks, desserts, and much more.
Market Niche - Our concept has been built on serving great food at reasonable prices in a comfortable, fun and family-friendly atmosphere. What's more, our facilities are versatile enough in design and layout that we can easily accommodate individuals, families and large groups in our dining room and/or on covered patios.
Although not considered a "sports bar" concept, Buffalo's Southwest Cafe saloon area serves as a very appealing local entertainment venue where adults can enjoy great food, their favorite beverage and even the big game, race, live entertainment and just good company.
Buffalo's Express Cafe, our newest brand, provides great American style food freshly prepared to order at a very affordable price in a uniquely designed quick service environment. This concept is perfect for individuals who desire quick service and demand quality food.
Upon entering the restaurant customers are tempted by the fresh sizzling rotisserie chicken as well as the many comfort-style side items that we feature. We also proudly serve proven favorites from our full-sized concept, Buffalo's Southwest Cafe, which includes our world famous chicken wings in a variety of flavors, tasty chicken tenders, wraps, homemade soups and salads and much more.
Buffalo's Express has been designed to provide fast casual service for lunch and dinner in approximately 2,000 sq. ft of retail space. Our facilities are equipped to handle a high volume of to-go and catering orders as well.
Although related, Buffalo's Express Cafe is not intended to compete with nor hinder the growth of our original brand, Buffalo's Southwest Cafe, which is now celebrating 24-years in business. Buffalo's Express benefits from the original brand's market recognition and popularity, but derives much of its business from a completely separate demographic profile.
