Training and Support

NO Healthcare Experience REQUIRED!

Previous experience in healthcare is not required. The start-up costs are low, as only a small office and some staff are needed to open your new senior care business. Once you attend the 4-day Nautilus University training program, you will learn everything you need to know to successfully operate your business, manage your CareSpecialists, market your services, and grow your client base ---- you will be on your way to realizing your dreams through franchise ownership!

Starting your own business, should not be a scary proposition! With Nautilus Senior Home Care, you're in business for yourself, but not by yourself! We have built a World-class team, to support you in launching, operating and growing your franchise. You will have access to experts in the fields of marketing, sales, staff development, client services, and senior care.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidates will be a husband and wife team with business experience and the drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will need to be able to create working relationships within their community. They do not need to have any medical or home-health work experience to succeed with the franchise. They must have $39,500 for the Franchise Fee and enough capital to open a turn-key office to operate from. This is not a Home-based operation. There is no build-out or long-term lease requirements within this franchise. The license fee will be $2,000 and take approximately 60 to 90 DAYS to receive. This is a full-time commitment and those thinking it to be a part-time endeavor will not be considered for the franchise.
