The Product
Created in Europe centuries ago, crepes are enjoyed by millions the world over. Perfectly browned and beautifully designed, the crepe, French for pancake, is a thin pastry like shell that is the perfect complement to both sandwich and dessert fillings. It combines perfectly with savory ingredients such as cheese, chicken and spinach and is also great in sweet creations of fruits, ice cream, chocolate and caramel. Crepes can be enjoyed as delicious meal entrées or as delightful desserts and snacks.

It is designed to fit nicely into mall concourses, including sites that have close proximity to the food court, and other high foot traffic venues.
