Franchisees who are ambitious and action oriented.

What do your franchise fees and royalties cover?
Initial Franchise Fee is $19,500 and Royalty is just 7% monthly.

How do territories work for your franchisees?
Territory will need to be approximately 2-3 million in population to be successful.

Our training is focused on getting you up and running within 30 days.

Where do you see your franchise in 5 years and 10 years?
Wildlife X Team is preparing to grow significantly in the next 10 years. Through sound wildlife management techniques and a fully trained franchise staff we will be the leaders in Wildlife Management.

Create a fun working environment. Have fun and make lots of money doing it.

We offer a low risk, low start up cost model.

Provide an overview/ description of your industry. Include reasons why it’s a great industry to start a business in today.
We are in the growing wildlife management industry. We relieve tension between man and wildlife. There will always be a demand for wildlife management in suburban areas as wildlife come into residential areas searching for food and housing.

How has your industry changed in the last 10 years? 20 years?
Our clients are more educated on the exclusion, repair and clean up process.

What trends do you see in your industry over the next 5 years? Next 10 years?
Traditionally, government agencies handled many of these conflicts by providing technical advice, educational materials, and capturing and removing problem wildlife. Most wildlife complaints were handled by Parks and Wildlife agency. Now they will not handle these issues and suburban areas are getting over populated. Every year the industry grows stronger!!!

What is the biggest concern about your industry that a franchisee candidate should be aware of and investigate?
Licensing in wildlife management and/or pest control.

Why do you think your company stands out in the industry?
Products, services, solving the clients problems, value, warranty and customer service.

What makes your franchise/ business opportunity more attractive than your competitor’s?
We only use quality products, offer quality services and offer flat rate trapping programs.

Describe the ideal candidate. Do you think your requirements are any different than your competitor’s?
An ideal candidate would be someone with good working skills, dependable, strong work ethic, great attitude, team player, deals with problems effectively, takes direction well, enthusiastic, honest with integrity, flexible and adaptable.
Our competition does not offer as many add on services and isn’t as concerned about their training as much as we are.

What’s the strongest skill you require in a candidate?
Positive attitude.

Describe the working environment of your franchisees (indoors, home office, mobile, etc…). Is your environment typical of other companies in your industry?
If you start as a one man show you would be mobile and you could do the paperwork in the afternoon.

Why has you’re your company been successful?
Many different reasons: We offer add on services and think outside of the box & our honesty and dependability.

What advice would you give someone interested in buying a franchise in your industry?
Get properly trained to be successful.

How much experience in this industry should a franchisee candidate have should they consider buying a franchise in your industry?
Possible background in Pest Control or ability to get license.

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for franchise owners who are outgoing and have sales, marketing, and/or management experience, and who are results oriented. A person who can lead a team and who has the motivation to excel in a fun, busy environment! You must have a minimum of 20K in liquid capital, and be ready to make a full-time commitment.

The ideal candidate wants a seasonal business. Sales and marketing skills are a plus but are not mandatory due to our extensive training program. Other essential ingredients of a successful franchise owner include the desire to run your own business and enjoy working outdoors. You will need the ability to train and manage sales staff and follow a sales process. Working with partners and vendors and networking will also be important to building your business so being an outgoing people person or the willingness to hire and trust one will be necessary!
