Presenter: David Gollahon of Franchise Insites

In this session David shares his unique expertise, discussing ways in which to get the most from an online franchise portal marketing campaign. He touches on such topics as profile page content, lead tracking and what metrics are critical to a successful campaign, working your old database, and tying ad reporting and sales reporting together.

Presenter Bio:David Gollahon brings 20 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience from a myriad of industries. With Franchise In-sites, David manages the online advertising efforts and performs the sales analytics for several franchise operations including Blue Coast Financial Group, The Glove Lady, Kona Ice, Kitchen Tune Up, and Mark Five. He also provides the bulk of the advertising for the brokers in the Franchise Authority network. David also has a history developing and selling for a top tier franchise portal.

There’s Gold In Them There Leads

Presenter: Tim Holadia of FranMogul

In this session, Tim goes deep into the lead follow up process. He talks about the importance of treating every lead as if its your most important lead, regardless of information included with the lead that might sway your opinion of its validity. Tim also talks about the speed in which each lead must be followed up on, and common reasons why inefficiencies in the sales process often occur.

Presenter Bio:Tim is the founder and CEO of FranMogul. For 5 and a half years Tim was the Vice President for Development at Geeks On Call, where he was responsible for 285 franchises sold. Tim took his experience out on his own a few years ago to start FranMogul, which offers consulting and brokerage services, and well as their signature lead verification system.

Hard Hitting Tools For More Effective Selling

In our kick-off session, Mario discussions why franchise sales are a more difficult sale than most other industries, facts and misconceptions about the viability of leads, and the reality of awarding franchises vs selling them. Mario also talks about the core competencies of the franchise sales process, including staff training, lead tracking, and goal setting. Lastly, Mario touches on what ongoing tasks are an important part of a successful sales program.

Presenter Bio:Mario is the president and Founder of Upside Group Franchise Consulting, an award winning franchise consulting firm. Mario is responsible for thousands of franchise sales in all sectors of franchising both domestically and internationally and has been doing so for 15 years. He’s also a Professor for Nova University’s CFE program, a regular IFA speaker, published author, and co-founder of the Franchising for Athletes Series.
