Training and Support

BlueGrace provides a five-day extensive initial training program for our new franchise owners at our corporate headquarters. There is no fee for tuition and training materials for the owner and one full-time employee for your first franchised business. The training covers operations, our technology system, sales and industry background. We also loan owners a copy of our Confidential Operating Manual, handbooks and other related materials. If training of additional personnel is requested, we may provide that for an additional cost.

If you have some experience in this industry, it will of course be helpful in decreasing the time in the initial learning curve, but BlueGrace provides comprehensive training, orientation, and on-going support for our franchisees. After your training is complete, you will have access to the entire BlueGrace team.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal BlueGrace franchisee is someone looking to grow a true "business" (with an office, sales reps, staff, etc). Outside sales, sales management and/or previous business ownership is very helpful. Industry experience is helpful, but is not required. Some of our most successful franchisees had no freight experience before coming to BlueGrace.

This individual is also one who understands and wants to do outside sales. He/she needs to be willing and excited to "hunt" for new business. Referrals will come, but this is not a business that has customers walking in after seeing a commercial or receiving a coupon in the mail. This is a professional business to business sales organization with results driven from hard work.
